Ergonix Heated & 2-Point Kneading Massage Office Chair

Disappointed. I am 5’2 and I am constantly sliding out to the edge of the chair. The handles used to control height and lock positions I can not reach. The bag to place the controller should be removable or placed away from the handles it gets in the way. And lastly i bought the specifically for heating mechanism. But the cord gets caught on the wheel and if you move it disconnects. Again thought should be placed on how to put the cords in a more appropriate place than on the bottom of the chair where it can get tangled. I fo like the color and the leather is very soft.

So far, this is the best office chair I've bought, and I've bought many over the yrs. This is the most expensive one as well, so no surprise, but what is surprising is how comfortable the seat is. Especially with a messager inside. The pillow that comes with the chair is perfect for covering that. When reclining, once in position, the messagers are pretty nice. So comfortable I fall asleep. The seat messager is great for thigh circulation. The faults I'm listing below did not bring it down from 5 stars, but, I would like the cords to be longer and easier to reach while sitting in the chair so I could at least hold them up when rolling. To use the messagers, you lose some mobility. The other thing I'd like is if it was about 2-4 inches wider in the seat and foot rest. If armrests were adjustable-up/down, widen and flip up, would be great, especially at this price. 😀 It is a bit snug on the side-thighs, but that's as much on me. If it doesn’t last, I'll come back to update this.
