Bedtime Ritual

The powder is a lovely berry taste and an alternative to chocolate flavoured drinks for a change. It is a little on the sweet side which I enjoy. It’s nice to have as a wind down before bedtime. I used the sachets when hiking the Larapinta Trail to help me get a good restful sleep and bring me a little comfort and a sense of luxury whilst roughing it in a swag for 2 weeks.

I have been using the sleep tea bags for a while, with fabulous results. I decided to buy the Powder, as the consultant told me you ingest all of the goodies, not just the water infusion from the tea. Wow, this stuff actually does put you into a deep sleep. I slept nearly 10, undisrupted peaceful hours! My biggest sleep issue, is getting to sleep, thinking too much, and listening to the snoring next to me. I took it 30 mins before I went to bed, and as soon as my head hit the pillow I was gone, off to "Never Never Land". I would reccommend this wonderful product to everyone that has a sleep malfunction. It's amazing, and I'm so proud it's all Aussie!!
