Great Product and customer service

I was initially skeptical of the internal locking mechanism but once I tried them out they held as advertised. Super light weight and easy to adjust on the fly. There was an issue with the wrist strap piece and S&S sent a replacement that same day. Awesome poles and customer service!

Great Product / Superb Customer Service

Decided to purchase these for my September Elk hunt in ID, had a trip planned to Glacier National Park so I went ahead and purchased for hiking on this trip-placed order on Sunday, leaving Friday morning for GNP(my fault for not giving much shipping time). Long story short, first shipment was not going to arrive in time, I contacted Rob at let him know my situation, he immediately had another set shipped out to me that should have arrived day before my trip, shipping carrier took their sweet time and ETA of this set was day I was leaving on a 7am flight, again contacted Rob and he sent out a 3rd shipment of poles NDA which arrived day before my trip. I cannot say enough about the superb customer service and going the extra mile to get the trekking poles to me for my trip. The poles were great, light to carry around both in use and in my pack, super sturdy-no issues with descending rocky technical trails, would highly recommend the product and cannot say enough great things about S&S customer service!

Absolutely love these. Had an initial pair that I used for regular hiking, but they were no where near as strong or sturdy as these. I bought these as I am preparing for High Uintah Deer Hunt and needed something stronger as I will be backpacking in and cannot afford anything that is going to fail with a heavy pack. Multiple training hikes have given me the confidence that I made the right choice, thanks for your excellent product!
