I had originally ordered two Olle Raised Garden Beds through Amazon. The next day they went on sale. I tried to request a price adjustment, but Amazon said they couldn't help me since it was not an Amazon product. I was told I would have to cancel the order and reorder, which I immediately did. Days later I still had not seen a credit. I was then told by Amazon that I couldn't cancel the original order. They said it had already been sent to the seller and shipped, They told me I would have to refuse delivery or pay to have it returned. Now I have TWO orders arriving and no way to stop either. I decided to call the manufacturer Olle hoping they could help. First of all, Steve answered the phone! No automated push this- push that- leave a message and someone might call you... An actual human answering their phone! What a concept! This began a daily communication for over two weeks. Olle had no control over Amazon and their policy for a refund or credit, but they continued to watch daily for both the orders to come through so they could cancel one on their end. Unfortunately, one had already been shipped- the higher priced one, but "No worries" Steve said he was going to send me a check to credit me for the lower priced item even tho I had purchased it through another company. WHAT? Did I hear him correctly? I honestly couldn't believe he was going to so much trouble when I hadn't even ordered anything directly from Olle. This was not Olle's problem to solve, but Steve insisted that his company took responsibility for their products regardless from whom they were purchased. It's been many many years since I have seen such pride and commitment from any company to provide such personal and excellent customer service. Tho it was not Olle (the manufacturer's) problem, they not only held my hand through the entire process, they honored the lower price. The raised beds took a couple hours and a couple people to assemble, but came with very clear instructions and everything needed. I couldn't be happier with my new Raised Garden Beds, and I can not say enough about the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE received from Steve and Olle! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OLLE and I can't THANK YOU enough Steve!

Great Garden for a small space

Really simple to put together. Easy to work the soil and plants without getting down on the ground. Would definitely recommend to anyone setting up a garden.

Love my new planters!

We received our 4 new 32” tall raised beds from Ollegardens and could not be more pleased. They arrived in perfect condition, neatly packaged and protected. Although they were not the easiest items to assemble ( having two people for the job was a must) they did go together just as promised. We have yet to put them into their final resting place but are looking forward to completing the site. The cobalt blue color is a delight and will look beautiful as the plantings mature. Thanks for a great product and for excellent customer service.
