I was charged twice for 1 order and then my order didn’t even include the electric whisk like it was supposed to. These 2 items separately do not cost $85 so my money has just been taken two times not once! This is seriously ridiculous. The customer service takes too long because it’s not their money I’m guessing but my package is missing items and I’m missing money. This needs to be corrected. I’m not satisfied with the experience of ordering the product at all. Now I’m owed more money from this company not just the money for the double charge!

I was really excited to use this product based on all of the reviews and information I had researched about ingredients! However, what I experienced was the majority of the ingredients end up at the bottom of the cup as sludge Granted, there is a provided frother to help with this which is absolutely needed, you will end up with particles in your teeth and if you deal with kidney stones or similar issues make sure to discuss with doctors. Hopefully there are improvements to the formula.
