Awesome bow!

I was having issues with my previous wood bow being overly bouncy and giving me a “nanny goat” effect more often than I’d like. I thought my technique was lacking or something. I’ve been playing semi-professionally for 12 years and been working with the same bow and compensating for its faults. After I got this 3-star bow, I cannot believe how much easier it is to play and get incredible tone. We just had a concert and actually got comments saying how incredible my second violin section sounded (and if you know anything about playing in a symphony, this is a rare compliment) and I believe this bow had a lot to do with that! This bow is so easy to control, is well-balanced, and is amazingly resonant and warm-sounding. My experience working with Fiddlershop was amazing as always. I asked for pictures of the b-stock bow and they sent me those and gave me a full explanation of what they observed with the bow. When, I got it, there was NOTHING wrong with it even though Fiddlershop said the winding might be loose. Paired with the Holstein reserve rosin, this bow is a winner.

Great bow

This is a great how. It sounds rich and warm. I am a beginner learner so my ear is not yet trained very well. But I can tell the nicer sound compared to my starter bow.
