Shipping & Handling Costs are absurdly expensive

Hello, The rope is fine- as expected. And the price was right. But the shipping and handling costs were absurdly expensive. The rope was light and probably cost about $1. 00 to mail- not more than $2. 00. But the charge was $14. 00- seven times too much.
