Great Product!

I am a first time mom and heard about labor gowns being nicer to give birth in. I decided to go for it and ordered two of the Amelia Labor and Postpartum gowns. As for the product itself, I love it! It's very comfortable and fits me well though my chest is a bit on the smaller size so if I'm not wearing a bra there is some gaping issues. This didn't surprise me though. I appreciate the snaps fully going from arm to arm and across the front and down the back. I am an itchy person so I wanted the option of having a closed back gown and this gave my exactly what I wanted. My husband said I looked beautiful in it. The only reasons I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that firstly I wasn't expecting the snaps to be seen on plastic. I thought for the price they would be metal and gromitted to the fabric. They seem secure but I could see them coming loose if you wear this more regularly. Lastly was about the processing and fulfillment of my order. I originally place my order for two labor gowns and after a week and a half of hearing nothing and no shipping updates I reached out to Lila where I was informed one of the colors I chose was no longer in stock. I was disappointed that this wasn't brought to my attention earlier so I could change my order, which is what ended up happening that day. Lila did make it right by shipping the gowns out right away once I chose the alternative color but it was still disappointing to me that they didn't reach out to me to resolve it. It took me contacting them to get things moving again. If I had waited I wonder how long my order would have took. Luckily it all worked out and I like the product but maybe their process for fulfillment should be improved.
