super soft and great customer service

I love the set I got and can't wait to use it. They forgot to send out the knot hat for baby and quickly sent it out once notified and sent a nice note apologizing for the mixup. I honestly might buy another gown for postpartum because it is so soft and comfortable.

I love the color and the fit, and i especially love that it closes all the way in front considering I am plus size. But because of the low back, the straps will not stay up at all making it completely unbearable without modifications. It definitely needs an extra tie at the neck/upper shoulders to keep the top on. I got it at a sale price so I dont mind modifying it myself since I have the ability to do so, but if i had paid full price and needed to modify it, I would have been quite irritated. The product is too expensive to be literally unwearable
