2/0 AWG THHN THWN-2 Stranded Copper Building Wire

Red wire was exactly as advertised and brand new in appearance

Wiring fine- quantity short

The 2/0 AWG wire was the most critical in the installation of a new generator. The rest of the order was correct. But the 2/0 was short 3 feet of what was ordered. Ordered 25 feet- received 22 feet. Contacted the company prior to my review, was forwarded to the shipping dept, where there was no response. I did measure long for my installation but I expected some reply. After no reply and continued request for review of the order I submitted my review accordingly. Sorry we could not come to solution before review.

While the 60ft total was correct, we ordered 3-20ft sections, one eneded up being 18ft, and the other 2 were 21ft which ALMOST made our home impossible to connect.
