Poor communication, 23 days for delivery, had to pay additional fees after original order was made

Ordered on the 25th of July after over a week and no tracking number I contacted Nassau. I was told they didn't have product but they could get it from another supplier but it was going to cost me another $100 and it would arrive in 3 days. I paid because I was holding up a job. Again no wire and no communication for another week. I then proceeded to call about every other day and each time I was told they'd get back with me, but Nassau didnt. They people that answer phones have very poor English and this is yet another problem with feeling like they are getting anything taken care of. Finally after 23 days my wire showed up and it wasn't from another supplier. I'm pretty sure they scammed me out of another $100.
