Daiwa Tatula XT 2-Piece Casting Rods

Great lightweight rod

Needed a packable lightweight rod to pair with my SXT and glad I picked this one. It's light and responsive and landed me 4 5+ lb bass first trip but sensitive enough to feel crappie bites. I love it

Very Pleased

Was searching for a good 2 piece baitcasting rod. Found the 7'3" medium heavy fast Tatula on Discount Tackle but it was out of stock:( signed up for DT to notify me when it was available and when I got the notification it was back in stock I grabbed one. Packaging was incredible. Order arrived from West coast to East in under a week. DT even threw in a rod sock. Very pleased with looks of rod and service from DT. Can't wait to get a Tatula SV 150 or 100 to put on it. Will update the review after I get some time on the water with it.

Check your rod before removing tags

Rod came curved and a couple misaligned guides, already removed tags. Nothing too bad, bent guides back to the best of my ability and currently working out the curve. Definitely a risk you take when ordering online.
