Faulty sensor

Unfortunately, my problem was a faulty elevation sensor and the new gear was also broken when the machine was started. On the plus side, Lobster's customer service is top notch. I received excellent help from a knowledgeable technical support representative who walked me through the assembly process over the phone and later, after the sensor caused the machine to malfunction and a cog fell off the gear, he helped me in the detection of the faulty sensor and the purchase of the new parts to fix my machine right. I am very appreciative of the support from Joe and from Lobster.
