Louis Machine Washable in Beige Rug

So frustrating! A beautiful rug, but a lot like an outdoor rug. Not actual rug like fibers on the top. No stand up fibers. I wanted to return. Requested right away & followed up with two emails to no avail. By the time they respond I will lot be able to return. Will not order again

Great Rug. Looks as good as we had hoped.

Good quality but they sent the wrong rug, different color.
