Lotek Lamp Classic

I ordered a Lotek lamp from Tadaima and was very excited to receive it, but unfortunately the experience became very disappointing. The lamp arrived with defective parts: two connector tubes had detached from the fixed joint points of the square frame modules, meaning the lamp could not be assembled properly. These were not separate pieces meant to be attached during assembly; they were fixed structural parts of the frame. I contacted the shop several times, sent multiple emails and additional photos, but the problem was not clearly understood and the process became unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. What should have been an enjoyable purchase of a beautiful design item turned into a stressful return process. I eventually returned the lamp myself via DPD and had to pay the return shipping cost, although the return was due to a defect in the item. Very disappointing quality control and customer-service experience for a design item at this price point.
