Kind gift to self during that time of the month

Tastes mild and pleasant. Need to use for a longer period of time (no pun intended) to determine if it has an effect on my cycle. Even if it doesn't impact it directly, it is still very soothing tea and act of self care during what can be a rougher time of the month.

This was a gift to my daughter so I can’t comment on it. But I truely love all the teas I have purchased.
