I really find that the Nightcap tea gives me a great nights sleep. It is a very natural sleep too.
I have tried other brands of sleep inducing tea with valerian, (which always gives me a drugged feeling when I wake up.)
I regularly use Dr Sally’s Nightcap tea and I recommend it for its natural calming properties
