Having subscribed to the wellness concept of "Dry January" (with a couple of slips off the wagon) I needed a good strong bedtime beverage to soothe my fraught nerves and ensure a good night's sleep... and MD Tea's excellent "Valerian Nights" was just the brew, just the ticket.
