We were super excited to get this machine. After getting this machine and using it for a couple of months we are extremely disappointed. The support we received to get the machine setup was subpart at best. Ordering in parts for the machine again subpart at best. We ended up having to get lenses from another source because the ones we order from Boss Laser took 14 days to receive. Customer service and support have been subpar. There is not even a way to save setting for jobs such as tumblers, you have to manually enter those numbers each time.

I did not receive the correct lenses. These have a curved lense but the one we typically use is flat
