Soft, beautiful but faded at first laundry

I absolutely live this sweater, it's so soft, it looks great, and not too warm since it's in cotton. The only thing is that at firat wash (gentile cycle, cold water) it faded quite a bite. I will wear it anyway, but the green is not as vibrant as it was when new.

Gorgeous Sweater!
