It's a very good mat
The mat is soft and stays put when working out. I do find it a bit too thin and my knees hurt when doing certain exercises.

I have been using it for more then a week as my yoga/ pilates mat … it is excellent everything you would expect in a mat : non slippery strong material compare to the cheap mats that desintegrate little by little. The yellow color is uplifting … love it!

Not the best quality
I had a similar mat before from Lole and it was better. The quality of this one is poor. I used it a couple fo times and feel like the top of the mat is chipping.
