I've been using these for a month now. I can definitely say that my sleep has improved. It's best to wear them as the sun goes down, and especially towards bedtime.

This is my 4th pair as I have bought the clear, daylight, amber and red glasses and I love them. I love the style, the company’s motto and what they stand for and the glasses work. I put them on during the day and at night time I wear the red / amber ones and they relax me and help me unwind and eventually they help me make it easier to fall asleep
