Loved this reset. I didn’t go hungry and even had a few packets left over from the day. Packed with so many nutrients that made me feel less bloated and nurished, has me wanting to keep it up.

Not worth the price. I rarely leave negative reviews unless something is truly great or disappointing, but I honestly don’t understand the glowing reviews for Kroma. The Super Porridge tastes like wet sand and cardboard unless you add fruit to make it edible. The broth also doesn’t dissolve properly in hot water — it settles at the bottom, so you have to keep stirring while drinking it. A few products were good: the Super Matcha tastes like cereal milk in a good way, and the chocolate boost packet is genuinely tasty. But the rest ranged from okay to unpleasant. More importantly, neither my husband nor I felt any noticeable benefits from the 5-day reset. We honestly feel much better making our own smoothies, broths, and clean meals at home — and that costs far less than the nearly $800 price tag. I bought into the hype, and maybe we got a bad batch, but the experience did not match the marketing. The reviews feel inflated compared to the actual product.

Great reset! Never one did I not feel hungry. Like the fact that the set alone has about 80 grams of protein. I ordered almost all the items to continue on my journey to wellness.
