I received great customer service from DIY Mobility, expert help that steered me to the right tire repair for my son's chair. Not only did he listen to what I was doing or needing, he offered technical help on how to really get these new tires mounted. It was a challenging DIY job mounting these two new tires, but fortunately I had the needed tools needed to get the job done. They fit great, they were not super easy to mount, but got the job done in about 3 hours with the second tire going on much easier than the first. Both the tires and DIY Mobility were great.
