Shipping was prompt. Aquatell’s online softener configurator and (specifically) the information booklet helped a lot in deciding what to consider and which softener to purchase. I got the installation done through a plumber and there were no issues at all. Unit came pre-configured with Clack WS1 control valve which is one of the best in the game. I had to configure the control valve just to set water hardness to a level what is prevalent in my area of residence. After regeneration water hardness now is close to zero, which is great. Aquatell staff promptly responds to all emails or calls. Reid returned my call when I had a query. Aquatell seems to be very professional in their approach. Hard to find vendors like Aquatell with customer-first approach these days. After considering various vendors I am happy that I finally deciding on Aquatell. Wishing Aquatell the very best!

First of all, the purchase and delivery went very smooth. (Actually Slick) Reid helped me out with all my questions and steered me in the right direction. Unpacking and assembly was a breeze. Once installed the set up was simple as long as you know the water hardness and in my case iron content. Their step by step online instructions, guide you through from start to finish. Reid was great to deal with and even though hard to reach on the phone, calls were always returned. Great experience! Wayne

Replacement water softener

First, I want to thank Reid for his detailed response to my questions, and his recommendation to upgrade to the ProSoft 2. I installed the softener myself, which was a bit of a challenge because the intake and outlet valves on the ProSoft2 were opposite to what they were on my old softener. Successfully completed though. Online instructions provided by Reid were easy to follow and the softener has been operating for a week now. The water is starting to be noticeably softer. We are a household of two, so it will be a little while yet before the softener goes through a regeneration cycle. I don’t expect any problem. Overall, very pleased with the softener and the experience with Aquatell of London.
