I like the hat in theory but my head is apparently at the worst place size wise for your company. I bought the smaller size and it was definitely too small, so I sized up and I have to tuck my ears in.

Very good quality hat! Feels sturdy, looks nice, and is quite comfortable. First flexfit hat I've ever found that actually fits my big ol' noggin!
