Not for all trails!

My first run in these was on a gravel trail and other than the top of the heel area rubbing a blister onto my Achilles they worked just fine. They are incredibly light which is great but also incredibly narrow. Now I have a narrow foot so fit is fine but I had no idea how difficult it was going to be for stabilization on a more technical trail…rolled my ankle within the first mile! Any rock or root the size of a golf ball or larger just encouraged role of my ankles. I had not had this issue before running in altras with the wider toe box. As I ice my ankle I’m thinking I will go back to my lone peaks👍🏼. These pulsar sg’s are good for soft trail without rocks and roots but that’s about it.
