Love them
I absolutely love them. Definitely size up, my regular shoe size is an 8 1/2, and I got a size 9. They felt a little tight, and I got another pair of boots that were a size 10 and they felt like they fit more comfortably. They are great regardless, and they are great for gripping the pole especially with climbs.
