Beautiful heels, terrible customer service
I ordered my heels, they arrived and were too small. I shipped them back for my exchange and it took weeks to receive my exchanged size. I placed multiple calls and could never reach anyone on the phone. Left multiple messages, no calls back. Sent several email, and received just one passive aggressive response. Absolutely awful customer service, or lack there of honestly. The heels are gorgeous and I’ve had the chance to wear them and I am very pleased with them, but these will be my first and last pair purchased from Pleasers following this terrible experience.

I love the style of boot, they are comfortable size to walk and practice in, and the shimmer is absolutely beautiful!

Perfect!!
Love them, they are so cute! They look black on stage but still sparkly and they have the velvet all the way to the toes inside them!
