CRAVOT CyberRack E2 Hitch Bike Rack

Worst rack I have ever bought, It is poorly designed, The release to lower or raise the rack is a metal screw that has to be undone. When in the down position there is nothing to support it when it is unscrewed to be taken into upright position, The supposed quick release for the ramp is a joke. Nothing quick about it and when in the down position near impossible to reach, It was sent with parts missing. The o ne good thing I can say is customer service was very helpful getting me the parts. Total waste of money

The bike rack works great, its well thought out and and well made, The blue finish is perfect. Thanks for making a great product , I find it a bit heavy so I removed the rear track and support beam this makes the rack more manageable, I dont think i will be taking two bikes to go riding. Thanks again

Easy install but instructions aren’t the greatest. Took it for a 30 minute ride with two e-bikes (about 110 pounds total) and it held up well with no problems.Haven’t tried to open my SUV trunk with it mounted so there’s that, may or may not be good. Also not a problem with the rack but taking it on and off the car is a bit of a challenge so be ready fora two person lift and definitely use a socket set to bolt it as a wrench doesn’t work well - odd size bolt too being 15/16 inch not the most common size for sure.
