NOT USER FRIENDLY FOR HK BUYER

Have bought this item online almost every 3 months. However, I can't buy directly to HK via online shop. It takes more than a week for back and forth emails. Your staff's response is a bit too long. It takes more than 2 weeks to finish and delivery the order. That's not acceptable. Quite disappointed on your proceeding. Better to improve your system otherwise, I have to look for another way to buy it.
