Dimplex Ignite Evolve 74" Smart Linear Recessed / Built in Electric Fireplace

This fireplace is great! Looks very modern and heats my room well!

I purchased the Dimplex 74 Evolve in late April for a house under renovation and we did not move into the house until 7/31/24. I’m sure Electric Fireplace Depot (EFD) had given up that we would ever provide feedback. I researched models and brands for weeks before purchase and found this model and brand to be ideal. EFD provided a competitive price and I could tell they would be good to work with from my conversations with them. We didn’t have anywhere to look at fireplaces anywhere within a couple hundred miles so the purchase was on reputation, features, faith and trust in EFD. Upon purchasing, I was immediately concerned about the legalize on shipping damage making me responsible post-delivery, since a contractor would be receiving the fireplace and I didn’t have much control for checking the unit. I received a much appreciated call from EFD very quickly and they set my mind at ease that delivery problems would be dealt with, It turned out the delivery occurred at the time committed with no problems of any kind. Then we waited for installation and found the fireplace to be as beautiful as we imagined. We set our fireplace as a show piece in a wall made of river marble. We weren’t moved in yet and couldn’t really use it for two more months. Finally in July we were able to set up the media, we love wood, and we explored the features of the Dimplex. I called EFD for advice about setup and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Our fireplace is perfect and we love the setting. We get great comments about how beautiful it looks in its setting. Electric Fireplace Depot was helpful and responsive in every step along the way and our faith in their support and help was well founded. Thank you Electric Fireplace Depot.
