Killer design

I admit to loving all of my MKC knives and the Stockyard is no exception. One of my favorite blade shapes, the Wharncliffe style got me hooked on custom knives. Great utility knife. Works perfectly with optional leather sheath (highly recommended). More genius work from MKT.

Working knife I know they are pricey but look if you want to support our American brothers and sisters then you pay for quality !! Do you work for 10.00$ an hour then why should they ! Love this knife use it 20 times a day !!!

Another Great MKC Knife!

I bought this knife to carry when I'm out and about doing yard work and other utilitarian tasks. It came very sharp with the usual MKC utility grind. Worn in the leather sheath (See review of sheath) on my off-hand side, it is perfectly positioned for a quick grab and cut, the return to the sheath. The sheepsfoot blade makes quick employment and use around animals very safe without a sharp tip that could inadvertently stab the user or a close-by animal. My only minor complaint is that I wish the handle was about 1/4-inch between the front and back curves—That would allow all four fingers to fit the handle and grip the knife more securely. On the other hand, when gripping the knife with a pinch grip on the front of the handle, the fit to my hand is perfect. (I usually wear a Large size glove.)
