Always a star in my tower!
the Crunchy Leaf Lettuce always thrives and is so hearty and delicious. One of my favorite surprises with this and a few others of the lettuces I love, is that I had harvested about 6 heads (second harvest, so each was pretty long in the stem but lots of good leaves) and then forgot about them while I was on vacation - I had them in a special bag in the fridge that keeps them cool and dry - I pulled that bag out recently and was rewarded with every single one being as if fresh picked! I love that about growing my own lettuces and herbs at home. In the photo, it's the one on the upper left of the tower.

My FAVORITE
This is by far my favorite lettuce out of my very large selection. I reordered 6 to replace some of the other more spicy lettuce.
