Love these little things!!
Ok ok, so they’re not really so little when they’re fully mature. The roots are insane when I went to harvest. Three heads of it were given to my parents— they’re going to cook it, I’m whittling away at my salad mixes. Highly recommend!

Favorite for Stir Fry
This is a favorite to use in stir fry with a meat and simple sauce. It’s such a beautiful bountiful plant on the farmstand and grabs your attention for sure.
