Love these products! I have this one a couple of times a week. Love the hint of orange. I swap between this, Afternoon blend and Post Workout blend. They’ve been helping me get my menopause weight under control as they keep me satisfied for 3 hours. I add fruit and a small amount of coconut yogurt to the mix. I make on soy milk.

This has been a life saver. I am a Mumma in my third year of study and this is my after lunch pick up to keep going on my essay writing. I add blueberries and a little Chobani yoghurt. Great pick up!
