The quality of the actual sunglasses is actually good but I was very disappointed with Randolph’s customer service. The glasses needed some adjustments to fit properly. After driving close to 60 miles to visit their “showroom” in Randolph, I was informed that nobody in the repair department can see me and I just need to leave the glasses. I was prepared to leave the glasses of course but how can they be adjusted properly without someone spending literally a minute with me to see how they fit and therefore how they need to be adjusted. That doesn’t make sense so I will need to go elsewhere to have them adjusted.
