I bought a luggage size 26", in the invoice it was size 26", but when I got it there was the tag on the luggage itself - size 24". I measured it - 24"! I didn't return it because I desperately needed the suitcase. However, it was disappointing.

Good Customer Service

I purchased the Fusion 3 piece luggage set. Received them in a timely manner, however, the lock did not work on the 26" piece. Customer service was prompt in responding, sent me a return label for the 1 piece and sent me a replacement. I was grateful that I didn't have to return all three pieces since they were purchased as a set. The entire transaction was somewhat painless, which I very much appreciated.
