Lovely feel and weight, used it 5 days a week since i got it a month ago for work amd it still razor sharp!! Will definitely be adding some more tools to the collection in future!:) love it

Pasty knife

Bought one 4 years ago and love it, at the time I was a pasty chef and was amazing at portioning cakes and garnishes. Then became my the knife I used on any section with bread or dessert. Even when it became dull I used a round sharping steel to give it an edge again. Bought another one since it had been the most reliable knife I’ve owned and gave my old one away. Highly recommend the knife and after getting a chefs knife with the pastry knife I recommend the whole brand
