Halo Sauna Hat - 100% Australian Wool

I'm writing this review after using my Halo hat continuously for 4 months 4-5 times a week 70 minute sessions in the Infrared-Sauna, Steam and Traditional Sauna and I'm surprised that it still looks brand new! Loving the quality of these hats! Due to the nature of wool it does soak up the smell of the essential oils used in the Sauna but it goes away when washed. Wearing a sauna hat has made my hair less frizzy and prone to breakage and helped me fall deeper into stillness in my meditation.

Current sauna routine is 20min sauna with 2min cold plunge at 8 degrees for 2 rds Sauna gets up to 85 degrees but the Halo hat has been a tremendous help in keeping me in the sauna longer Halo offers quality products made to last the test of time and couldn’t recommend them enough 👍

Hi, unfortunately my sauna hat is too big for my head. I have just finished a sauna session and my Im not sure it is benefitting my hair health. My head was as sweaty as if not wearing it. I have been using it for two weeks as I was overseas when it arrived. I will persevere however it is also awkward when I have the sauna to myself and I lay down. I have to hold onto the hat with both hands to keep it on my head. Judi
