Overall it went very well and Amanda Page was helpful and quick to respond. I found the flag descriptions and order numbers a little confusing and I requested a nylon halyard because poly usually seems to get harder, brittle and frayed with age. I also wish that the hardwood wedges were included. I tried to guess what they were to look like and cut them out of an ash tree log. I also found it challenging to protect the pole from rain (it’s really BIG) while trying to prepare the hole and setting up the receiver for concrete before we could stand it up in receiver.
