Do not scam customer. This company refused to refund the item by nonsence policy, which voilates New York state law.

Shoes are very high quality and very sturdy. I wear 10.5 for everything and these are slightly big but not so much of a problem that I need to go down half a size. Shipping to US took some time but after the shipping process actually began it arrived very quickly.

Comfy and very simple design i love it
