The shoes fits really well, the customer service team help me and the respond really nice but only got little problem about the delivery because it takes one month for me to get the shoe but overall like the shoes so much

Looks great, reccomend following their size guide and sizing down especially if your heel is on the slimmer size. I wear size 7 in their maro boots and had to size down to 6.5 to make these fit without significant heel slip

Extremely comfortable and look just as pictured. Can be worn dressed up or casually. I wear them around my office but have had long walks during lunch breaks on concrete and found them comfortable. I would say they need breaking in as the insole is very plush. Wear them them for a very short walk every other day so the plush insole can mould to your feet and give you a bit more room in the shoe. Go with the size the support team tells you. A while back I did a half size up and once the shoe broke in it was too much room. I suggest trying on a pair of adidas sambas or chuck taylor 70’s all stars, that are broken in and telling the support team your size in those shoes. I have a pair of Chelsea boots and sneakers from Josepht and giving the support team your size in sambas and or chuck taylor 70’s. The support team are in Korea and correspondence is informal and slow but they have always been helpful. The over all process is slow but the shoes come well packaged and my emails are answered.
