Island Santa Snow Globe Ornament

I would like to return it as it didnt show up for my gift and I cant get anyone at Michael Adam to call me back. The order number doesnt come up to return. Please help. I am a great customer of Michael Abram and I am sad about no response. Left 3 messages. Please make this right

As it is a snow globe, I was expecting to be able to add water to be able to shake it for an actual snow globe effect. It's very pretty, very well made, but the snow is just particles. You can't actually add water. So it's kind of a not true description.
