Elderberry Sea Moss Gel

This was like a thick jelly form! Not gel! It was horrible. I threw up the minute it touch my tongue.

The flavors are very delicious

I have not noticed much change in energy, but, that's not to say it's not doing its work. I take a spoon full 3x a week, instead of daily. Since it was way too potent for me. But, I can say for someone that does not like seamoss, this was very well made and delicious 😋 will definitely recommend 👌
