My First Sea Moss Experience

I’m a big fan of Elderberry, tea, capsules, gummy bears…but I did not like the infusion of Sea Moss with Elderberry. I’m sure it is doing wonders for my gut, but it’s hard as a first time Sea Moss user to swallow.

Elderberry Sea Moss

Comparably, as good as the Gold Sea without elderberry. However, packed with more healthy benefits in-one. Very clean product from Ancient Tea…a brand I can trust.

The texture was unexpected. I am taking it daily; however I decided to put it in coffee instead.
