The $250 white glove service was a joke. Delivered with no batteries. So they left on pallet and dropped in my garage. The bolts were loose. The switch to turn on or off the blade was laying down the hole where it supposed to to be installed. Took the cover off to try and fix but I think they broke the piece while trying to install. Have to use screwdriver as a wedge to operate the blades.

The mower is awesome! Snafu with the delivery, but I couldn’t b happier with the product.
