Poor assembly instructions.

My lawnmover doesn’t work! I have tried several times it works for one minute and then stops. Id like to return please

Second time ive bought one of these in my lifetime. I loved the first one and used it til it died. Im sure it can be fixed but i just decided to get a new one so now i have 2 batteries and its even better than before! I havent had to buy gas to cut my yard in years.
