Not only was this not even close to what is needed/ordered, but it took 8 days to get here. Customer service is very hard to work with, 20 to 45 minutes per phone call, X 4 calls. Finally got the right one ordered, and they apparently lost that order. Not happy with their 'customer service at all, Ken.
