I didn't know what to expect, however the Lymphatic tea's taste is very light, I have not added any thing to it. I feel fine and I haven't experienced any side effects. Very pleased so far.

8 days on lymphatic tea and finding myself to be at peace and more restful. Going to bathroom more. Tea is mild and pleasant tasting. Just drinking it plain
